The Office Manager at PEI will oversee the day-to-day operations of the office ensuring that the office runs efficiently, and that Team Members have what they need to be successful. We are looking for someone who is professional, dynamic, and self-motivated with an emphasis on delivering service at the highest level, to be the face of PEI, Inc.
We have an exciting opportunity to hire and add to our team a talented Office Manager.
The Office Manager will be responsible for performing a variety of tactical and strategic administrative support tasks for team members in a fast paced, high pressure environment. These tasks may include, but are not limited to, key records management and filing, marketing strategy, contract administration, grant administration, vendor coordination, compiling data for reports, administrative tasks associated with project and tracking costs, scheduling meetings and calendar maintenance.
