Piggush Engineering worked with General Development Corporation of Kankakee on a storage facility project. This project included the addition of two 8,700 square foot buildings to the property. There were four existing storage buildings on the property that had to be considered during the design phase of the project.

Piggush Engineering prepared a concept plan and site engineering design, which included specifications for the project, earthwork analysis, engineer estimate of probable costs and obtaining required permits for the site improvements. There were many considerations during site engineering design, which included required high visibility of the new storage buildings from the adjacent State Highway as well as design of proper site drainage, vehicular turning movement and circulation throughout the site and accommodation of larger vehicle access to the existing buildings.  Piggush Engineering also provided construction administration, which included contract bidding, administration, inspection and project closeout. This project was completed on schedule and within budget.
